Will the duplicate-employee issue from QA affect go-live?

It won't affect go-live. The duplicates are coming from your legacy import process — once we get the canonical IDs from your DBA team (currently blocked on SYM-455), we'll dedupe in a single migration pass. No data loss, no manual cleanup required from your side. Estimated 4h once we have the IDs.
